At Hubert Bookbinding, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
